Where do you Deliver?

Signz R Us proudly serve Alachua, Bradford and Levy counties. Any area outside of Gainesville will incur a travel fee (based on current gas prices) to be discussed at time of booking..

What is included in the price?

The price includes a one-day rental of your personalized yard card sign, delivery, set up and take down.

How do I know if My requested date is available?

When you submit a reservation request, our team will contact you within 24 hours to determine if the date is available based on our inventory.

What if you are booked on my requested date?

We will do our best to accommodate your yard card sign request. Therefore, we recommend scheduling your celebration at least 14 days in advance. Last minute bookings will be based on availability.

Do you require a deposit?

There will be a nonrefundable fee of $25 for the deposit of your rental. The remaining balance will be due 3 days prior to your scheduled delivery date.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations at least 48 hours in advance of your scheduled delivery will result in a full refund. Cancellation within 24 hours of your scheduled delivery will result in a 50% refund or a credit to be used at a later date. If you follow the cancellation guidelines, you will have 60 days to transfer your deposit to an alternate date of service.

In the event of inclement weather, if we are unable to set up displays, either a full refund will be issued, or you will receive a credit (to be used for future event).

When can I expect my delivery?

If your delivery is scheduled during the week (Monday- Friday), we will deliver your yard sign the evening before your event/celebration. If your delivery is scheduled on the weekend (Saturday or Sunday), we will deliver your yard sign the day of your event/celebration. While all rental fees are good for approximately 24 hours, please feel free to discuss additional purchase needs as applicable for your event/celebration.

How long is the rental period?

Typically, the price includes a 24-hour rental of single phrase and name greeting, delivery, set up and pick up. If you need an additional rental day/24hrs, there will be an additional fee of $25.

Should I prepare my yard before signs are placed?

It is extremely important to thoroughly water your yard the day of your celebration and prior to placement of the yard sign to ensure the ground is soft enough for installation. Yardwork should be completed ahead of time to prevent damage to yard signs. You should also secure all pets that may prevent or delay installation.

***If you use a sprinkling system, please ensure it will not come on during the time the yard sign is in place.

Does someone need to be present at time of installation?

No! We take care of everything. Our installations are done either the evening before or the day of your event. We will take pictures of the install once complete and send you a picture of the final results if no one is present at that time.

Do you practice social distancing?

Yes! Again, we take care of the delivery, install, and pick up and there is no need for anyone to be present except Signz R Us team if that is your desire.
